Return & Refund Policy

At IMLI Citric Works, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food-grade products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@citricworksagra.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@citricworksagra.com.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
